Read-only key
Connect Lodgix
Create a key with read-only permissions and every guest is found on their own after checkout. We never change anything in Lodgix, and one click disconnects and deletes it all.
With Lodgix, here’s exactly what we read and what we never touch:

Who can see your guests’ details
- You (the business)
- Everything: names, addresses, notes and every card.
- Our handwriting and mailing partner
- The name and address only for cards being mailed, plus the card’s words and design.
- Be Thoughtful’s owners and Tenfold HQ
- Counts only, never names or addresses. Support can open a single record only with a logged reason you can see.
- Our hosting provider (Netlify)
- Stores the data encrypted, like any website host.
We never sell, share or market to your guests. Disconnect & delete anytime.
How it works

Add your guests
Share a guest invite link, upload your checkouts, or connect Lodgix with a read-only key. Pick one or use them together.

Pick your card
Your logo or a photo of each property as the cover, or a hand-drawn design. Choose the handwriting, the message and your signature.

Guests check out
Guests from your link or upload are added at once; with Lodgix we look every few hours for stays that ended. Owner stays, blocked dates and cancellations are skipped.
- 4
A card arrives at home
14 days after checkout (you choose), a card written in real pen and ink is mailed to the guest’s home address. No emails to approve: every upcoming card is on your dashboard, with Skip and Edit.
Your words, their stay
Write your message once with {guest_first_name}, {property_name}, {stay_month}, {nights}, {host_name}. Send it word for word, or let us write each card for that guest: short, warm, about the villa and the island, never the price.
