Upload your donor export
A CSV from Donorbox, Givebutter, Bloomerang, PayPal Giving Fund, Stripe, Classy (GoFundMe Pro) or GoFundMe, or your own spreadsheet. Columns are matched for you: name, address, amount, date, designation, first-time or repeat.

Only new gifts are added
Upload next month’s export (or connect your form through our API or a webhook): gifts already on file are skipped, so nobody is thanked twice.

Every note is written individually
First gifts, repeat gifts and major gifts (at the level you set) each get their own template, with the amount and designation woven in.

Approve all, pay once
See every note side by side, edit any word, then approve and pay in one tap. Each is written with a real pen and mailed.

A note for every kind of gift
Set your own major-gift level. Each template is a starting point for the writer, with {amount} and {designation} filled in; these examples show the kind of note each one makes.
First gift
Welcome a new donor the week their first gift arrives.
“Thank you for your first gift to the summer reading program, Dana. Welcome to the family: forty kids will have new books this July.”
Repeat gift
Thank a returning donor for coming back.
“Thank you for giving again, Marcus. Knowing you’re with us year after year is what keeps the pantry shelves full.”
Major gift
A more personal note for gifts at or above your major-gift level.
“Your generous gift to the new shelter wing truly changes what we can do, Helen. I wanted to thank you personally.”
No tax language unless you add it: our writer never mentions deductions or receipts. If you want your own receipt line, type it on a template and it’s printed exactly as written. Your EIN stays on your receipts and profile, never on a card.
