Each card is priced from what the card, the handwriting, the stamp, the AI and the card payment really cost us, plus a fixed margin. The same price for everyone. No subscriptions and no surprise fees: the price covers the card, the AI help, the real-pen handwriting, the envelope and US postage.

When you pay
- Cards you send yourself: paid at checkout.
- AutoPilot cards: charged when they’re submitted for writing, a few days before they’re mailed, after your heads-up email, unless you skip.
- Full refund until your card is submitted for writing.
- A voice or video message (up to 60 seconds): $1.45. They scan the code on the card and hear or watch it in their browser, no app needed. (Letters from Santa, the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny carry the character’s own message instead.)
- Santa Claus: $1.45 a voice message, $2.95 a video. The Tooth Fairy: $1.45 a voice message, $2.95 a video. The Easter Bunny: $1.45 a voice message, $2.95 a video. Any day of the year; voice messages are about 30–45 seconds, videos about 8 seconds.
- Up to 5 Custom Covers and 15 letter writes per card, free. Every version stays saved for you to pick from, and editing the words yourself is always free.
- A painted cover for every letter in a list of 10 or more (instead of one shared design): $1.45 a letter.
- Mail to Canada: $0.30 extra postage.
- Mail to other countries: $1.10 extra postage.
- A gift card tucked inside (folded cards): what it costs us, no markup.

Save your loved ones’ birthdays and special days — we remind you and add them to your phone’s calendar. No subscription, no monthly fees. You only pay when you choose to send something.
- Your address book, with birthdays, anniversaries and every other date that matters.
- Email reminders 14 days (two weeks) before, plus a backup 3 days before (in time to mail a card).
- A private calendar link for your iPhone or Google Calendar that keeps itself up to date.

Upload, paste or screenshot your registry or gift list and we write a personal note for every gift. Send letters to the grandparents and cards to everyone else: they count together toward the 10–24 and 25+ prices. See the price for your list and start. Letters that go out every year cost the same as a single letter, and keep the price you set them up at. If prices go down, the next one is charged the lower price. AutoPilot cards: charged when they’re submitted for writing, a few days before they’re mailed, after your heads-up email, unless you skip. AutoPilot is opt-in for each person and date. With it on, cards are sent unless you skip. With it off, nothing is sent until you tap “Looks good.” Business auto-sends (client birthdays, home anniversaries) work the same way.
