How much does a handwritten thank-you card cost?

What the price includes
The card or letter, a small one-of-a-kind cover designed from your message (or your own photo on a folded card), help writing the message if you want it, the handwriting itself with a real ballpoint pen, the addressed envelope and a First-Class stamp. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees, and the birthday calendar and reminders are free.
Doing it yourself
Writing your own costs the card, a stamp and your time, and for one or two notes that is often the nicest option. A service makes most sense when you have a lot of notes (after a wedding or a shower), when your handwriting is hard to read, or when you can’t get to a post office in time.
