For churches & ministries

Every person in the pews, personally known.

A congregation grows one person at a time, and people stay where they feel known. A handwritten welcome to first-time visitors, a birthday card for every member, a thank-you to volunteers and a note of care in a hard season let your pastoral team reach everyone, not just the few they can write to by hand. Upload your list and each card is written for that person.

Why a card is worth it

Pastors and care teams want to write to everyone and rarely have the hours. Handwritten cards make that care possible for a whole congregation, while still reading like a personal note from someone who knows them.

For a first-time visitor, a real card is often the difference between a single visit and a second Sunday. Once your lists are uploaded, sending takes minutes, and every card waits for your approval.

Care and discretion

  • Keep prayer requests, health news and family matters off the card unless the person has shared them openly. A card can say you are thinking of someone without saying why.
  • For giving statements or tax acknowledgments, use your own wording: the writer never adds tax or receipt language. See the nonprofits page for donor thank-yous.
