For property managers & leasing teams

Make the building feel like home.

Residents mostly hear from management about rent, maintenance windows and rules. A handwritten welcome on move-in, a thank-you when they renew and a holiday card in December remind them there are people behind the portal. Owners notice it too. Upload your resident or owner list and every card is written for that person.

Why a card is worth it

Every resident who renews is a unit you don’t have to turn over. A handwritten card can’t fix a leaky faucet, but it does show residents that management sees them as neighbors, which is part of why people stay.

Owners compare managers on results and on how cared for they feel. A personal card at the end of the year is a simple way to stand out, and once your list is uploaded it takes minutes.

Treating every resident the same

  • Send the same kind of card to every resident in a group (every move-in, every renewal) so nobody is treated differently.
  • Keep cards free of rent amounts, balances, lease terms and anything about a resident’s household. The writer stays personal, and you can edit every card.
